About me and my crafting passion....
From my earliest childhood memories I have had a passion for animals, drawing and crafting.

That led me to take up needle felting when my beloved 13yr old Springer Spaniel, Spike, passed away in 2020. I had Spike cremated... but I wanted something more personal and memorable than an urn of ashes or paw print. And so began my felt art journey, a journey that has been a surprise and a joy.​​
Over 200 custom memorials later...
I posted pictures of Spike's memorial on my Facebook page and to my amazement I was flooded with requests from pet owners.

During the past 3 years I have now crafted replica's of dogs, cats and even a horse for owners not just locally but across Europe and even the USA. As you will see in the video opposite my replica's can bring tears and joy - this was the reaction of BBC radio presenter Anna Foster's husband on Christmas Day....​​

Crafted from cherished photos...
Every replica is unique and I always pay great attention to detail to capture the true look, spirit and character of a beloved pet.

Starting with a wire frame I carefully build up the shape by compacting wool with felting needles. Matching the colours as closely as possible to the photos, your pet slowly 'comes to life'. The time taken can range from 3hrs for a small head for a keyring up to 15hrs for a fully body replica or a large 20cm x 15cm face.​​
